PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT
Accounts will be issued every 4 weeks from the beginning of term in September, to be paid 4-weekly in advance.
Payment is expected within 7 days of the date of the bill, otherwise a 10% surcharge will be added to the following bill. If you would like to pay by bank transfer then please request my bank details.
Please present your bill on payment so that it can be receipted and ensure you sign the register.
As explained in the Terms and Conditions, each missed lesson has to be paid for. The only exception is where at least 4 weeks’ notice is given of an absence out-of-term time.
All additional classes, i.e. exam classes or show rehearsals, should be paid on the day. Please put money in a marked and sealed envelope and hand in to myself, Miss Ruth or Barbara.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – September 2019
ACCOUNT
All lessons and accounts must be paid for in advance. Teachers’ wages, rent and bills have to be paid in the absence of a pupil. It is only when classes are taking place out of term and 28 days’ notice has been given for absence that payment can be excused.
If for any reason, a pupil is leaving the dance school, or dropping a certain genre, parents need to give 4 weeks’ notice in writing or in person, and these 4 weeks must be paid for.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
When pupils leave the premises this is no longer the responsibility of the teacher but the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
UNIFORM
There is a standard school uniform and all pupils must follow this. If you are unsure of what they should be wearing please ask one of the teachers. Hooped, dangling earrings or watches must not be worn in class; this is a health and safety risk. Hair should always be groomed.
Please bring all valuables into class with you such as purses, jewellery and mobile phones. Please make sure all mobile phones are switched off.
LOST PROPERTY
Uniform must be labelled; no responsibility can be taken for missing items.
EXAMS AND FESTIVALS
Exams and festival fees must be paid promptly. Please read the notice board regularly.
